I had approached three different loan companies enquiring about a mortgage without any success. My friend recommended I try Tupper Loan Company. Alan was extremely helpful and informative about our different options, after having a bad experience with a previous lender and calling Tupper loans as a last resort he was very reassuring over the phone about our situation at the time. He was always readily available to talk to all the way through the process which was lovely as me and my partner are first time buyers – literally couldn’t thank him enough for his time and efforts.
Alan is a hero! Struggled to get accepted at a couple places and they were just fill out a form and either a yes or no whereas Tupper do it different. I got a phone call from a friendly voice and got to actually talk about what I wanted the loan for!! Anything I struggled with Alan was there to help.
